We just recently installed pc-cillen internet security on our comp that is one year old. since then, the comp has been really slow. we called tech support and they walked us thru a deletion process of the norton program we had on there previously. but the comp is still slow. i think we have a lot of things running in the background that we don't know about, but i dont know how to stop them. help anyone?
