I recently added a new user with limited authority. I now cannot change that authority because I cannot login as the Administrator? How do I get to the Administrator account?

go to control panel/user accounts

When I go to User Accounts the Administrator is no longer there? The only account available for login is the User with limited authority. I cannot login as the Administrator???

Go into safe mode and create a new account via safe mode. Make the account an "administrative" account.

Safe mode always has administrative rights, so this should work.
