I was having serious problems with my new Gateway running Windows Media Center 2005, so i used gateway recovery to reinstall a fresh copy of windows. Now all the problems which i had are fixed, but a new one has started. when i boot my computer it displays the Gateway screen for over a minute, then it goes into the xp boot with the scrolling bar, which only lasts for like 10 seconds, then it is rather slow to display the actually desktop. So i have an extremely slow startup, but once in windows everything is super fast. Please help me, thanks.
