any ideas on how to UN-install or roll back wmp11?...i do not have system restore points...also, the add/remove program is a methodology to rollback and states that it has been rolled back to wmp10...but, the version i have is, in fact, wmp11...i really want to get rid of wmp 11...thx in advance for your help

Yes this is pretty easy to do. Just go to the microsoft website and download WMP 10 and launch the install wizard. When prompted click on rollback to WMP 10.
