I am running XP and my Desktop under Control Panel shows a series of wallpaper/background files, but I am unable to select any of them.
If I Customize and select default, I get the Blue background, but as soon as I quit Control Panel the background reverts to White.
Can someone please point me in the direction of how to fix this ?
