Went to use my computer and was dismayed to see my explorer shortcut gone. When I try to access outlook or get online through the start menu all i get is the internet options window. I am online now by going through bellsouth online help. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure what happened but you have a couple of options. You can either perform a system restore and go back to a date when everything was fine by going to start> all programs> accessories> system tools> system restore

You can also enter 'iexplore' in to the Run box to launch internet explorer.

Let us know how the restore goes. You could always try another browser such as Firefox as well
