I have quicktime 7.1 installed on my computer but when trying to view clips I get a big blue question mark. Anybody even know what I'm talking about, any suggestions?

I usually prefer 'Quicktime Alternative'. Never had any troubles with it. I'd uninstall Quicktime before installing the Alternative if you do, though.
