i set my daughters computer to send and recieve e mails wich worked fine the day after it will send mail but wont recieve on outlook express blueyonder broadband

Sounds like a setup problem. You should consult Blueyounder's documentation for how to setup an email client.

Also, I wouldn't use Outlook Express if I were you, as it has a few security holes and is a pretty badly written app. Try Mozilla Thunderbird, it's an excellent email client.
