I'm a complete nobo when it comes to this part of the system, can someone tell me how to check if onboard systems, such as sound and graphics are enabled and if not how to enable them.
Thanks in advance![]()

should be under advanced options, chipset or devices...what version and brand PC and bios version please...?
Hi,
If you didn't find this information, go to Start, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager and open up the area you are concerned about by clicking the little +, then when you point on the item in that area, right click on that item and the second item down will say either ENABLE, or DISABLE. If it is enabled, it will say Disable, if it is Disabled, it will say Enable. That way you can change which ever way you want it.
Trying to get sound to work on this system, it's driving me nuts, trying to help night_wolvie on ST&T, and strangely another similar post has appeared with exacally the same problemOriginally Posted by Tumbleweed36
