Currently having an issue with my PC. Can only use my PC in safe mode.
Upon normal start up, after desktop appears, my computer shuts off within
about a minute.

In safe mode McAfee doesn't function.

Error message comes up;

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Need help to correct.

Any messages when your computer shuts down in normal mode? A blue screen, Windows error, anything?

My corrrection, it actually automatically restarts. No message at all when it does.

The only error message I've seen is;

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Can't remember what cercumstance this error message displays from.

Is there any way you can get to Start, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager and look what drivers might not be consistent with your unit? Look for any yellow or red marks to indicate a problem.
