My GOD now i am getting this message window every now and then........????????

I'm pretty much sure this is just spyware that is causing your messenger to popup with this message. The easiest way to stop it, is to turn off your messenger service. I have mine set to 'Disabled' with no problem. However... Some of your programs may depend on your messenger service to run at times. For this reason you might want to set it to 'Manual'.
Disabling/Stopping Messenger:
Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services (or Start -> Run and type in "services.msc"). This will bring up a long list of Windows services that are running or available on your system.

Find "Messenger" and double click to open the Properties box. In the "Start-up Type" field, change the setting to "Manual". You could also choose "Disable".

The next thing to do is a thorough clean up of your system to remove any spyware.
Firstly you should delete your cookies and temporary internet files.
Removing cookies/Temp Internet files:
Go to Start -> My Computer -> Internet Options. Now click on the 'Delete cookies' button and then click 'OK'. The Temporary Internet Files' are the next button along (Delete Files). Click on the button and place a check in the 'Delete All Off-line Content'. Click 'OK'.
The next step is to download, install and Update the following programs:
Ad-Aware SE 1.6
Spybot Search And Destroy
Once updated, run them both and let them fix anything they find.
To help secure your computer from spyware in the future, i would recommend installing the following:
Spyware Blaster and Spyware Guard
Both of these programs run in the background and do a good job of blocking spyware,malware, registry changes etc.
