Using XP, I have a Lucient Win Modem installed, and it's recognized in Device manager, yet using New Connection Wizard, the option "Connect using a Dial-Up modem" under Connect to the Internet ... Hell Jason! And welcome to the forum! :thumbs:. Firstly I would suggest uninstalling it, then installing with it the most updated drivers. Have you tried anything of that nature yet?

I also took the liberty of removing your e-mail publicly, we don't want spam bots, grabbing it and spamming you!
