Have you tried doing a search for the programs (including hidden files and folders) and deleting them manually chopper?.
I often find that if i delete a program using Add/Remove programs, that i can still find plenty of the programs files still littering my computer

If your 100% sure you have uninstalled somthing, but its still in Add/Remove:

    Open regedit and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall

From there you can delete any thing that you dont want. This doesnt uninstall the program, it just removes its entry from Add/Remove programs list.

Suggestion: When I do a manual delete, as Vidster has suggested, I don't delete the file. I MOVE it to a place like My Docs. Easy Path to find. Then I shutdown. I do not reboot. Restart, and open a few things, and if all seems well THEN I hit the delete button

    Safe Deleting, Guys
