    Ummmm, did you do a clean install?? If not, there appears to be more problems associated with plastering a service pack on top of an already working OS.

    I did what you did on one machine, and had some problems [minor], but did the clean install on another and had NO problems.

    Slipstreaming sp1 with sp2 makes for a great OS. So, if you keep getting problems that become annoying, look into slipstreaming and do a clean install....I know, it's a pain

    HI VIKTORIA YES I THOUGHT ABOUT DOING A CLEAN INSTALL THE OTHER DAY IF THINGS KEEP UP I WILL DEFINATELY TAKE THE PLUNGE TO DO IT LOL!!!!

    There's only one install and that's a clean install, IMO, as you correctly stated, Viktoria. Upgrades are not an option in my book, unless, naturally, you are 'clean installing' using an 'upgrade' disk.

    YES I'M SURE I WOULD ALWAYS BETTER TO START FRESH AT TIMES .
