I just downloaded the program. When you click on the file menu then click recent file does it bring it up?

Also try searching for .nrd, .img, .mds

See if these you can't find it with one of these. Those are the files it works with.

I just downloaded tuneUp utilities and it has now got everything cleared up for me. Thanks for the help everyone. Ps I think this is a great utility not knowing how to optiomize windows to my benefit. Some other people might like it too. It seems to have done wonders for my computer.
