Hi I HAVE A PCG-FX804 LAPTOP BY VAIO AND I NEED TO RESET ALL THE STUFF ON MY COMPUTER CAN YOU HELP I HAVN'T GOT THE CD OR THE CD'S YOU PUT IN BECAUSE IT IS 2ND HAND AND I NEED TO RESET ALL THE LAPTOP SETTINGS? CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE

According to the Software Manual found here: Vaio : Sony Europe you need the Recovery CDs to do what you want to do. Contact Sony and ask them how you can order a set of Recovery CDs. You can start here: Vaio : Sony Europe but I believe you will have to call them.
