Seems in my attempt to clean up my computer i've deleted the multimedia audio controller which is Realtek AC97 Audio. Can't figure out how to download a new multimedia audio controller, and once i do i'm not to sure wat to do with it. If there is anyone out there tht can help it would be much appreciated. Thanx.

Start, Run, type in; devmgmt.msc

Under Sound, video and game controllers there will be 4 to 6 lines listing drivers, Devices, etc.

List exactly what it there (separate lines for each item listed please).
