I'm trying to fix my girlfriend's computer, I did a format and re-installed Windows xp pro on her computer. But now the drivers aren't installing. I've helped her format her computer a few times before and with the same drivers cd that came with the motherboard (everything is on board.. video card.. sound.. etc) But it's not working now.. What happened? The motherboard is a "Shuttle MV43V" or "MV43VN" not really sure where to find out. But the cd comes with the drivers for both motherboard, I've tried installing both but it didn't work.

What do you mean by "now the drivers aren't installing"? What happens when you try to install a driver? Error message, system locks up, what?

When I try to install the sound driver. It says the audio something not detected and when I try to install the video driver it gives me a error message and tells me to look at the progress log in the windows folder.. which I can't find.
