I reinstalled my OS (windows xp) and downloaded all the essential programs I had before. I downloaded Norton, but then switched to Avast, so I deleted norton. (I had avast before reset)
How ever, my CPU usage is very high. Before the reset, the cpu usage was around 400-600M/3364M. Now it is between 900-1000M/3364M. It is slowing down my computer significantly.

What can I do?
