It's come to my attention that this is a common problem , but I've tried almost everything everyone else has posted... Here is what her computer says.. It's has XP btw...

Do you get a blue screen ?

Seems to be a problem with the Intel driver for the 852/855 GM/GME Graphics card and a new driver looks like the fix. Read this series of posts and see if it helps:
