I Just registered. My Name is Farah Osman. I am in London, England.
I am having serious probems with My laptop. I use Win. XP.
it started with Downloading errors! One right Click and I download, not one, but two error files. The files can not be deleted, archived or changed and are EMPTY!
Now I can not Download anything. I tried to download "Error Fixer" 6 times!!
Not one worked. I decided to ask for HELP before I Shut Down For Good.

How about more info on your system [see below]. Have you gotten any errors since the time that this started to occur? Have you tried a restore point? Have you made any hardware/software changes recently? Right click on my computer/computer --> manage --> Event Viewer --> Windows Logs --> System. Look for entries with an X. Please tell me what the most common entries are.

Tune up utilities 2009 has a built in file shredder. Perhaps that will get it. This is a trial.
