    Question Windows XP Desktop sizes

    How do I resize my desktop information....like everything (Lettering, Type, windows, and even Chat program live windows as in PalTalk) are too small.
    I have just had to re-format my PC due to "Worm Overload", and forgot lots of basic stuff (Apparently).
    Tried "Settings", then went to my "Moniters" contrals...still every thing seems very tiny.
    The main difficulty is in those chat windows, they are so small cant make out the people.
    . Appreciate any input..............
    Thanx as usual....

    Basically right click the Desktop then click Properties > Settings > Advanced > Screen Resolution

    If you did not reinstall your graphics drivers after reinstalling XP you need to do that first.

    Hi Stan.

    Re: Graphics drivers....

    Here is a link to the following program Everest Home Edition (Clean FreeWare)

    Everest Home Edition

    Download, install, and run Everest Home Edition on this machine. Once it's finished loading and running, look under;

    MOTHERBOARD
    Post what is listed for your Motherboard (make/model) and the Motherboard Chipset description.

    Computer, Summary, Display, or under Display, PCI/AGP Video. This will tell you what display adapter/chip
    you have. (Video Adapter and 3D Accelerator.)

    Post that information.
