hi thanks for replying my comp is an emachines 2240 i've tried giong to the web site but got nowhere .

Need to know which series,C D E ET EL etc. I found a T2240 but not sure that is your computer or not.

the reason u cant find my pc is because its a (uk)model and it will prob be the usa and canada web site ur looking on my pc is an emachines 2240(uk) model no qm64a10200614
