hi all got serious errors with my laptop it starts up fine then i try and click on IE7 to connect to internet and it starts loading up then goes back to normal screensaver screen and i get cli.exe application error 0x00000001 referenced memory could not be read help what can i do

CLI.exe is System Tray access to ATI's CATALYST CONTROL CENTER.

It's not needed as a startup, so you can disable it through msconfig, restart computer, and see, if it helps.

tried that mate no good any other ideas ???????????
