I have bought an all in one printer scanner and copier but i cant set it up. The wizard keeps saying i have to locate a file? does this mean it is not compatible or am i missing something. It is a plug-in set up.

What is the make & model of the all in one printer? And what file is it saying the wizard is attempting to locate?

Hi,it is a Lexmark 1100 series and the box that pops up says

`the file lxbkgf.dll on lexmark is needed. Type the path where the file is located.`
