Choosing which partition when reloading XP

I have re-installed XP on my computer several times, over the years. I have 3 partitions in my primary hard disk and 2 in the secondary hard disk. When reloading XP using my 'Product Recovery CD ROM' I want all of WIN XP in C drive, not sprayed around indiscriminately. Obviously I can install with the second disk removed, temporarily, but how do I stop XP being installed in D or E?
    Thanks

During setup it will ask you specifically where to install.

OK, thanks for info, jephree. I didn't think it did, but maybe I didn't notice. As I was impatient to get on I went to Disk Management and temporarily removed the drive letters of D & E using another computer and the disk in an external mounting. When I had re-installed, WIN XP was all in C as I wanted and D & E had got their drive letters back. Thinking about it now, perhaps because I had made D & E 'invisible' to Setup then Setup would have no reason to ask me where to put it!

You will be asked in your installation procedure that in which partition you need to install the windows

On my computer in the past when installing XP on a SATA drive it would put the boot files on my older IDE drive [even if I specified the other drive] and put the rest on the partition that I chose. To prevent that from happening I had to disconnect the other hard drive from the computer. By the way the easiest way to do that is to disconnect the power cable. There is no need to disconnect the data cable. I just thought that I'd throw that in.

Your signature was blatant spam and hence removed.

I assume your repetitive reply was just posted for the sake of your spam.
