Hi, I went to watch a dvd on my unit but the sound was wrong, it had a tinny echo type sound, everything I tried to stop it failed. Any one got an idea what it is. I tried different dvds, all the same, they played fine on the TV.

What software are you using to play the dvds? Are you having any other sound problems? Have you checked the settings on your software? Can you restore the settings to the default?
