I hate to say this, but I'm not really sure. This computer was purchased and programmed by the IT guy at my previous job. I always just assumed he put the AV software I needed.

    HJT Startup list
    --------------------------------------------------
    Download HijackThis:

    TrendSecure | TrendMicro HijackThis Overview

Open it then choose: "None of the above, just start the program"

Then under "Other stuff" choose: "Config..."

    Then Misc Tools

    Then "Generate StartupList log"

    Say "Yes" to the prompt.

You now have a text document that you can Copy/Paste back here.

    Also from the same screen:

Click "open uninstall manager" > click save list, yes to the prompts, notepad will open with your add/remove programs list.

You now have another text document that you can Copy/Paste back here.

For starters from Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs remove these two:

Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office system

    LiveReg (Symantec Corporation)

Then after a reboot how is you disk usage showing?

Removed those files. Disk usage is the same as it was before I removed them - 10.4 GB. That's a continuing problem I have w.this computer....I remove items to clear up space, but not space is cleared.

Anyway, I reran the DSR report and attached it for your convenience. Let me know what else you need. Thank you!

That scan is showing only about 10GB in use.

So the majority should be free.
