Do you have any access to that Outlook folder?

OK, I manually deleted that Outlook file, and I now have 10.6 G of free space. Thank you!

How does C: show under Disk Management > Capacity | Free Space?

right click My Computer then click Manage then Disk Management

hmmm... definitely discrepancies happening somewhere.

First off I'd suggest removing "Diskeeper".

Also what is your AV? I see a large PC Tools but also Symantec/Norton?
