It may be a shopping time. Hard drives are cheaper, than dirt these days.

I am not running any Norton ghost programs or restore programs that I know of. I do receive a system restore error from time to time. It states that it could not perform a system restore because of not enough space.

I have cleaned off all large files, music, photos, etc. and only have the necessities on the computer. Should I post another log showing what software I do have on my computer?

Additionally, I downloaded the CCleaner program a few weeks ago, and run it every day. But, it hasn't cleared up much space : (

My computer does have a ThinkVantage and fingerprint software installed, but this seems like it's somthing that's important.

OK, I downloaded the Disc Space Reporter. Is there a way to download the results onto this post rather than type the results?

    Thanks

    Click: File: Save As:

Save to your Documents or Desktop etc.

Then in a "Go Advanced" reply box scroll down to "Manage Attachments" then browse to this file and attach it to your post. I will then be able to open it in my version of DSR.

    Hi Jephree,

I did that, and it won't let me post the report because of an "invalid file type". I tried to do a "save as" in DSR and change it to a text file or something, but I wasn't given that option either.

Attached is a screenshot of the summary report.

Aha! Got it to upload as a zip. Yes! This should give you some better insight rather than the screen shot.

    Good. That works.

    Look at:

    C:\Documents and Settings\JEdwards\Local Settings\Application Data\...

    What do you see there?

Attached is the screenshot. it looks like Outlook is the biggest file.

When I left my last job, I created an outlook file for my personal emails. Of course it was quite large, and I saved it to my desktop. From my desktop, I moved it to a removable hard drive and deleted it from my computer so it wouldn't take up all my free space.
