    What browser are you using?

Have you tried a different browser?

We are using Internt explorer for quite long time for 7 or 8 years.
but haven't tried any browsers and don't prefer other browser.

The idea of trying another browser would be to test whether the problem is the browser or the computer. Simple test.

That being said: what version of IE?

    Is this a new problem?

Its IE 5.0 but so far we haven't face for upgrading the version and whennever system prompts for upgrading the version we skip it. But it may not the problem right!

And even only website can be browsed ata a time, when other sites open ina new screen all the web pages shows as " not responding".

It may very well be the problem. It is also a security risk. You should have at least IE7.

    Was it working yesterday?

If there was a time when it was all working well you can try a system restore to that time:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

I would suggest installing IE7 if not IE8.

Many web sites require it plus security factors as I mentioned.

    IE5 is obsolete.

Here is the IE web page or use Windows Update:

    Internet Explorer 7: Home Page

IE 5 Doesn't even work with much of the internet anymore. What version of Windows do you have? Your profile says XP & this is an XP forum. I am asking because XP doesn't come with IE 5.
