You do have an available AGP slot for a graphics card. Currently your graphics is integrated on the motherboard.
You are also limited to 512MB RAM which you already have. Another limit in upgrading is a 250 Watt PSU.
Here are the system requirements of that game:
I will look for some cards that will work here and get back to you briefly.Minimum System Specification

Intel Pentium III 1 GHz or equivalent

3 GB Available HDD Space
ATI Radeon 8500 or NVIDIA GeForce 3 Series Video Card with 64 MB of VRAM
16-bit Sound Card
Internet connection

DirectX 8
Recommended System Specification

Intel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or equivalent
1 GB RAM

4 GB Available HDD Space
ATI Radeon 9600 or NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 series video card or above

These are the type of cards you want to look at:
Newegg.com - Video Cards & Video Devices,Desktop Graphics / Video Cards,AGP 4X/8X,GeForce 6 series,
Again you need to verify that particular ones will run under 250 Watts.
Also just to mention even with such a card you will only meet the minimum requirements of that game.
That computer you have is fairly outdated and will have a hard time running current games but such a card would help if you are not in the market for a new computer.
