Welcome to DAL.
Is this a new problem?
If it is try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:
start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
If it is not a new problem let us know and we can show you how to edit your startup list.

Try CCleaner
CCleaner - Home
Not only can you clear out your temporary files but you can also edit your startup items via Tools > Startup.
You have the choice to Disable rather than delete so you can always go back and re-enable entries.
The only thing absolutely necessary to start is your anti virus and firewall if you run one.
You can also run the Disk Defragmenter via start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter
You can also run Check Disk:
start Run... and type: cmd
Then type: chkdsk /f
You will be told the volume is in use do you want to run chkdsk on next boot? Type: Y and reboot.

Don't worry about this is a very simple problem. regarding your computer or logging password. make sure that your internet Speed is comfortable or above d12KB or in or 2MBps or higher then start your computer and then try the following steps carefully.
1. Start -- RUN -- type PREFETCH and then press enter, a window appears with lots of files and icons, select all by pressing CTRL+A and try to delete by pressing Shift+Delete.
2. Start -- RUN -- type %temp% and then try to remove all.
3. Start -- RUN -- temp and then press OK to continue.
4. Tuneup your Internet Explorer, first delete all History, Cookies, and Contents.
5. Reset your Internet Explorer Security Level, Reset Prohibited Level, and then Reset Trusted Zones.
6. Remove the check box from Advance option in IE, is Third Party installation etc. make sure. Please try this on to your system i hope it will resolve your issues.
