help! my brother has a google email address but half of his e mails he receives show his old lycos mail address, and as a result they are returned. how can he cure this problem?

He has a G-Mail account. He has an old Lycos account.

Half the mail to G-Mail carries the old Lycos address? That does not seem possible.

What indication do you get from G-Mail that messages are being "returned"?

Do the senders send to G-Mail?
