I don't get the part about the hard drive?
You had a working computer?
Did you remove the hard drive?
That "No Signal Input" is not necessarily a graphics error.
In fact you might want to switch back to the board until you can enter the BIOS.
You probably need to change a BIOS setting to get the card to run.
Anyway that is probably not your present problem.
Does the computer Beep when you turn it on?
First off I'd suggest re-seating your RAM.

everything is tight I am thinking the hard drive got switched, because the other persons pc all of a sudden started working.and mine stopped when my guest moved out,the next morn.
-
my screen says know video signal,I can not get nothing else on my screen no BIOS no nothing and yes the pc was working before
-
Did you try reseating your RAM?
Does the computer Beep?
-
Open the computer & look to see if hard drive is in it? If not you will need new hard drive & OS.
-
yes the hard drive is in the pc,but it has a little round blue sticker on it,like someone bought it. like I said before the person who used to live here might have taken his bad hard drive and put it in my pc and took mine.to keep you up to date here is what is happening:
the only thing my screen says is, no video signal
pc will only turn off and on,if Iplug or unplug it from the wall. the fan runs, the light on the keyboard will flash then go out,my cd drive opens and closes, but I can not get anything on my screen,no windows no bios no start button, except for the words no video signal.everything is tight, and seated

If you get no BIOS it would not matter if you had a hard drive or not.
Please answer these two questions:
1) Does the computer Beep when you try to start it?
2) Have you removed and reseated your RAM? If not do so.

there is nothing wrong with the monitor..every monitor I use says check your pc and signal cable, and I have used more cables
-
I did not imply there was anything wrong with the monitor.
1) Does the computer Beep when you try to start it?
2) Have you removed and reseated your RAM? If not do so.
