I should add that these also might be leftovers from software install but usually "Temporary Batch" files are removed after install.

You can remove Temp files.

the scan went good romove a whole bunch of viruses, malware, adware. and now i am defraging the pc. thanks for all you help

Scanned with superantispyware, spybot search and destroy, malwarebyte, and had all the bad stuff removed and the pc is working fine. Oh also did disk cleaner and a defrag.
so I guess i am go to go
