I clicked on a stupid popup called XP Police Antivirus..and now my computer says
"Windows cannot find 'RECYCLER\S-2-3-91-100004889-100010750-100006789-3048.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. to searc for a file, click the Start button, and then click search."
HELP PLEASE!!!!

First off try a System Restore:

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

What you mentioned sounds like a virus that I had earlier. It's best to do a HijackThis log.
