could there be a setting in XP that is stopping my Andale counters from displaying on my Ebay pages at all.Ive tried turning off the firewall but makes no difference,and Andale are no help at all?

Found this if it is any relief to know that others have similar problems:

The Andale Counters seem to be intermittent at best.
