    Laptop Problems

    Hello,

Lately, I have problem with 2 laptops, the problems questions are below. I hope some one can help me solve the problems, thank you in advance.

    First one:
It has virus, I reinstalled windows xp (many times), everytime till almost the end of the installation, it keeps restart and promp a blue screen briefly. Only one time it stoped so I can see what was in it, the error message telling me to reset BIO caching or shadowing. I tried F2 go to BIO setting, it opened, but won't let me go the options of BIO version... I did copy ntfs files from i386 from recovery console, still won't work. I did chkdsk /r from recovery console, still won't work....... I stuck!!!! I don't know what to do.....

    Second one:
I tried to delete some games from control panel, but I think I delete some drivers that I shouldn't to. The laptop won't start afterward. When I restart, it promp a message saying the installation set up is not complete....
I reinstalle windows xp. This one reinstall fine, but I couldn't get me wireless working. I turned on the wireless, the light is on, but the icon doesn't show on the right conner as usual. I can't get to wifi option to turn on internet connection.

Can anyone help me with these issues please!!!! Thank you so so so much!!!!

Just to check, did you reinstall your wireless card drivers?

    Start> Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Computer Management> Device Manager

    or

    Start> Control Panel> Performance & Maintenance> Administrative Tools > Computer Management> Device Manager

See if there are any yellow exclamation marks. If there are, it means those devices are having problems. Your wireless card should be under Network Adapters and see if it has an exclamation mark.
