My pc is suddenly operating very slowly opening internet explorer and outlook express. Once opened all is okay but my main concern is that I am unable to open jpeg photos in outlook express. When I attempt to open a photo or zip file of photos microsoft says that an error has occurred and has to close. What seems to be my problem. Thanks.

Possibly some problem with your antivirus software. Try temporarily disabling it before opening IE or Outlook, let us know what happens.
