Hi all, problem using USB device. I have a usb memory stick and when i plug it in the screen goes blue with writing on but it only stays on for fraction of a second and the computer shuts down and restarts. Camera works fine when plugged in usb and memory stick is ok as it works on other computers. I'm lost at the moment. Any advice apprceiated, thanks.

You need to post the error which is on that blue screen.

Right click on My Computer. Choose Properties, Advanced tab. In the Startup and Recovery area, click on the Settings button.

Under System failure, remove the check mark from the Automatically restart box.

When this problem next happens, you should then be able to record the error message. Post exactly what the error is/states.
