Hi again..
I'm using computer for last one year. I used shut down my pc when i complete working on it but recently i heard about hibernate option in xp. I tried it out and impressed. I like to hibernate my pc regularly but my friends are telling that it'll create some problems in the future.. Is that right?? Will it leads problem or can i use that option regularly??

This is a subject that you will find many different opinions on.
I've been using HIBERNATE on all three of my PCs for several years and have never had a problem.
In STANDBY, your pc recovers quickly because your data is stored in RAM, your hard drive & monitor are turned off but your pc is still on in a low power mode.
In HIBERNATE, your PC is shut down, and the data is copied to the hard drive which makes it safer but slower to shut down & turn back on.
Note: As a rule I only HIBERNATE if I am going to be gone for a long period of time (over 2 hours or so) otherwise I just hit the STANDBY.
