okay so i tried f10 when my laptop turns on and it goes to system configuration...my laptop is super slow and gots so much spyware...i just want to restore to factory settings......hopefully someone can help me...oh yeah...i have a ze2000 hp laptop...

Hewlett Packard Ze2000 laptop am I right? Do you have the WinXP CD they provided you with? Or perhaps a recovery disk?

Here's the HP support page for restoring the operating system. However, they require you to have the CDs.
