hidden folders named 58067ccc258e1ba691 and a80831866327dc8809

i have a 80 gb hard disk and have four partitions c,d,e and f of 10, 6(approx),30 and 30 respectively.
however inside the f folder there are two hidden folders 58067ccc258e1ba691 and a80831866327dc8809. it shows that these files are of size 0 bytes and both of them contains a folder named update. but these folders are not accessible. can any one tell me what are they ? and why are they only in the F drive. the file system of C drive is FAT32 whereas of the others are NTFS . the OS i am using is XP 2002 professional service pack 2

they have a size of 0 bytes shown.
besides they are only in that partition and not on any other partitions.

it's maybe a folder thats been used when you've downloaded an update to some programme , if it's taking no room it should be OK
