i accidentaly disabled my task manager....how do i turn it back on??!!

I do not understand what you could have done to 'disable' Taskmanager unless you deleted the file. I doubt that you did that, so that means that it is still on your system and ready to go back to work.

There are several ways to call Taskmanager. I'm going to assume that you have tried pressing Ctl-Alt-Del to get it to display already, so open a Run box, and paste this: taskmgr.exe

If it does not open for you, you may have become infected.
A 'failed' Taskmanager is often one of the first symptoms of malware.
I think in that case it would be a good idea for you to go here:

Read all the "stickies" and follow the instructions for posting a HiJackThis log for analysis. You will be helped by a trained malware removal expert.
