• Firewall installed

• What Defrag program you are attempting to run

See you have AVG Antivirus, are the definitions up to date and are you running any antispyware software? Pleae download and run MalwareByes' AntiMalware and ATFCleaner.exe by Atribune , reboot then please answer the following questions:

• Your maintenance program
• Firewall installed
• AntiMalware installed
• Antispyware programs installed
• What Defrag program you are attempting to run
