i just boguht a dell xps 710 few weeks ago and all of the sudden it crashes to a blue error screen duno whats wrong could some1 tell me how to fix,
it don't happen very often but when i do a full scan of computer with mcafe it always goes to that blue screen

A process or threat crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated,

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, askyou hardware or software manufacture for an windows updates you might need.

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable bios memory options such as chaching or shadowing (how i do that?). If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.
