Hi
I have been trying to up date spybot and ad aware on my laptop. I have not run them for months now , my laptop is running extreamly slowly .

I get the message .. could not open INSTALL.LOG file. it then aborts the install.

My daughter uses the laptop mainly for music she uses 'Bearshare', I have a feeling this has brought in lots of nasties.

Any ideas?
