So hi, my D drive is gone from both 'my computer' and 'device manager.' This is about the third time this has happened. The first time, I did a registry edit and it fixed my drive for long enough for me to watch me but then all of a sudden it wouldn't read my other DVD. I just let it sit that time and it started working again after a few days. However, it's been a week or so this time and nothing has happened....

My computer is an Inspiron 1501 and is one/two years old.
