I am facing a problem whenever I start my computer. An error message appears on the screen after starting, which is as follows:

amvo.exe: Application error
The instruction at "0x100127d7" referenced memory at "0x7c901e53". The memory could not be written. Click ok to terminate the program.

please can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.
